The Rocky Mountain Koi Club had the opportunity to host the ZNA Western District Koi Show in August and we will be providing a readout on the recent show - this includes some statistics on the koi and categories entered as well as some discussion around the winners and what makes them so amazing!
Additionally, as summer begins to wind down, it means winter is around the corner and it's time for us to start thinking about getting our ponds ready for snow! We will be discussing as a club ways to ensure your koi are ready for their winter slumber. We will be talking about how to help keep the water warmer and healthy. Come ready to share your winterization routine with our members and learn what you can do to ensure your koi are healthy come spring time!
The meeting will be outside (weather permitting) so please make sure to bring a camp chair. We will be having a lunch after the meeting provided by our host, Muffie. Everyone is welcome to bring a side or dessert to share with the club.
